Lau Gar HQ – Image Health Studios

Apart from our full range of Martial Arts classes we also have a fully equipped gymnasium and spacious aerobic 
studio. Members can avail of our gym in their own time or partake in our regular circuit workout and body tone
classes. Gym and fitness classes are included in the martial arts membership fee. 

The centre is home to many regular seminars throughout the year most importantly of course the annual visit of Grandmaster Yau.

Members from our association are always welcome to attend classes.
